Minotiq's computer vision technology is designed with privacy as a core principle:
• Real-time Processing: Visual data is processed in real-time to extract skeletal keypoints and movement patterns. Raw video footage is NOT stored.
• No Facial Recognition: Our system deliberately does not capture, store, or process facial features or biometric identifiers.
• Anonymized Analysis: Gym-level analytics aggregate data from multiple users without linking it to individual identities.
• Secure Infrastructure: All data transmission is encrypted using industry-standard protocols (TLS 1.3+).
• Limited Retention: Skeletal data used for immediate workout tracking is retained only as long as necessary for providing our services.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- ▸With Your Gym: If you use Minotiq at a partner gym, basic workout statistics may be shared with the facility (anonymized unless you grant explicit permission).
- ▸Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party providers for payment processing, cloud hosting, analytics, and customer support. These partners are contractually obligated to protect your data.

Children's Privacy
Minotiq is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
